Dorothy has been in public accounting for over 25 years. Growing up in the area, she ventured to Southern Florida to begin her career serving High Net Worth clients there. She is one of the premier marine tax professionals on the East End. She also has extensive experience working with teachers and police officers. Zack has a wide array of accounting experience in both the public and corporate sectors, spanning eight years. Before joining MJL & H in 2018, he worked in New York City for a boutique High Net Worth accounting firm. Prior to that, he worked for Mazars USA, auditing insurance and some of the largest real estate funds in the country. Zack is a firm believer in streamlining accounting processes using technology. In his spare time Zack enjoys going to the ocean, travelling, and calisthenics. Zack can also juggle and walk on his hands. If accounting were to not work out for him, he's well primed for a career in the circus!

Cathy H has been in accounting for over 30 years. She started her career as an auditor with KPMG- Peat Marwick. She spent over 10 years as Controller in the Finance Department of Hackensack University Medical Center in New Jersey. Cathy is now one of the premier trust and estate accountants in the Hamptons. Other specialty areas include small business consulting and real estate transactions. In her free time, Cathy serves as President of the Sagaponack School Board and Audit Committee chairperson of the Greek Orthodox Church of the Hamptons.

Virginija has been an accountant for over 15 years in the United States, and for 5 years before that. She has been with MJL & H for over 10 years. In her time with the firm she has become well versed in many aspects of small business and personal taxation. She also specializes in the handling of payroll audits. In her spare time Virginija enjoys travelling and trying new foods. Virginija was born in Lithuania.

Ozzy has been with MJL&H Accounting since 2017. He specializes in preparation of personal and corporate income tax returns. He also provides tax planning and business consulting services to businesses and their owners.
